The effort should be coupled with other infrastructural destabilization efforts, with a view toward killing as many human beings as possible. How can airborne ebolaids development efforts be coupled with antagonisms/hackings of nuclear powers, to trick them into dropping bombs and creating chaotic, resonant MAD misunderstandings?
Let us hope that nature simply runs its course (the antibiotics just up-and stop working, though this won't eliminate the species entire, probably).
