No, i Don't drink alcohol, never did, smoke cigs, never did or took drugs, never did.

I have a Juice addiction: I could literally spend days drinking Coke, Sodas, Oasis soft drinks (A LOT) and any type of Orange Juice. I could end basically a bottle of each.

Am i risking Something in the future. I'm trying to drink one cup of glass of Juice a day but i can't… How do you stop that please?

Only your teeth and maybe your sleep.

Make sure you are brushing with high fluride paste and use fluride mouth wash 2-3 times a day.

Diabetes isn't cause by sugar despite what boomers say.

Sugar is one of the easiest things in the world for a normal healthy body to process. Just don't consume too many calories of any sort, don't become overweight, and you'll be fine.

Are you fat? If not, there is no reason to change anything. I have drank between 1 and 2 litres of coke every day, with probably less than 20 exceptions, since 2012 and so far I've loved every drop of it.

OP, Nah, pretty Lean/Fit (177cm 72KG) due to practicing Football in Club and using my Bench at home for doing exercises but i feel like i have a very low Stamina/Endurance, and sometimes my pee becomes very yellow borderline brown.

and such. But my goal is to reduce that. But i can't for some reason, something is telling to keep drinking and it's annoying me.

The worst day i ever drank so much is when i was depressed about some bs and literally took a whole 2L Oasis Tropical bottle.

What’s so unique about the juice you drink? Can’t drink water instead? Is it the sugar? The fizziness or taste? Any other factor?

And how about freshly squeezed juice versus store bought concentrate? If anything, you might as well drink it fresh with pulp. Get some fibre too

what's important here isn't the volume of liquid, but the amount of sugar. That is WAY too much sugar per day. You're going to get diabetes. Juice is no better than cola really.

I suggest trying to drink as much water as possible. If your local area has shit tasting water then buy bottled water or get a filter. Maybe you can replace your habit of drinking juice with a habit of drinking water.

Use ice and fake yourself by going slow with more ice. Work up to a dilution of 50 percent. You get used to the watered down light smooth flavor and can get to the point where just a splash in ice water is cool.

When I drink water, it seems bland... When I drink something with aroma and sugar, it somehow make me enjoy it more than regular water then I start drinking 2-3 extra glasses of it. I Dunno how to stop this.

My mom drinks water from a container that she put a stick of cinnamon into. Tried it myself and was surprised that it was enjoyable. Start experimenting with things.

I also recommend you don't drink bottled water, but get a filter for your tap. Even just a faucet filter is fine to fix taste. Store water in a glass bottle.

Same principle with eating foods you don't like. Get really hungry and they'll taste good. Then you'll like them more.

I'd try substituting the bottled shit by your own mixed drinks. This would already be a huge step into the right direction and allow for further progress.

Start mixing sparkling water with pure fruit juice of your choice and see if it does the same for you. Then you can start decreasing the ratio of juice to water. Or don't, just drinking pure fruit juices should still be miles better than what you are drinking now.
