yes, it is. a 2-torus, as a topological manifold, has a flat embedding in 4 dimensional space.
though the universe would be a 3-torus most likely if anything, which you can think of like a box but where when you hit one of the walls you come out the opposite one. so like you're in a cube of mirrors almost. just a really big one.
of course that's just topological, it probably wouldn't exactly be a box. but you get the idea.
it could alse be a different compact 3-manifold. for example, there's one where if you travel all the way around, you come back to where you started but now you're mirrored relative to how you were before. so your left would be everyone else's right and vice versa. such a 2 dimensional example could be RP2, which kind of acts like a mobius strip. would be fun if we lived in RP3!
