I don't get why people make fun of computer science or don't even treat it as a legitimate major.
In terms of career prospects or research, I feel like CS has a lot of potential, but people state that CS is for brainlets and Maths is the superior subject.
I am currently planning on pursuing a Maths and Computer Science double major degree though, but I'm not sure if I would be making the right decision.
Why do people hate CS so much? It really seems like an interesting subject.
