Is it acceptable to not bother reading previous publications/what professors research is about when emailing them trying to get undergraduate research? It's just so time consuming and I get ignored 100% of the time anyway. At this point I don't even care especially because it's unpaid. What's a good generic email message I can rapid fire off?
