If there is no higher referential system then this is an undefined question. Maybe you could say nowhere and everywhere.

If there is s second universe there can't be a spacial or temporal relation between the two. Saying that they exist at the same time is just as dumb as saying that they exist in sequence. They just exist. If one universe can just exist like this unrelated to other universes then there exist infinitely many (in no spatial or temporal relation). They just aren't and will never be in the scope of our consciousness since they're unrelated existences.
