Personal these are the top Christian scholars I've found in these different fields,
Philosophy/metaphysics - Josh Rasmussen
Epistemology - Tim Mcgrew
Science/Physics - Luke Barnes
New Testament textual criticism - Peter J Williams
Old Testament Ancient Near East - Michael Heiser

He's a great Christian scientist no doubt!

In terms of influence and overall impact to science, I would go with Sir Isaac Newton, although many great scientists that were instrumental to modern science and philosophy could be found in the medieval and renaissance era.

But in terms of modern christian scientists, and philosophers, the guys I've listed are pretty up there, but in terms of history, I would pick different guys though, like Plank or Heisenberg for example, although Francis Collins is up the there too

It's interesting to note that most of these influential scientists like Galileo wrote more about God and theology than they did on science. Blaise Pascal, Leibniz, or Kant even made powerful arguments for God's existence against their contemporaries, kinda fascinating to see how passionate they all were about God.
