So I noticed I have hundreds of tiny little lumps in my abdomen like from my dick all the way up to the rib cage and around the sides. Like I can push my finger into one of them move it around a bit and then move it like a mm over and find another one. I started to notice this after going to the gym and lost some weight and was checking my definition. Any anons find something similar? Can't seem to find anything online to confirm what this may be or if it's common.
