In biology we call this a "supernormal stimuli":

Examples of supernormal stimuli is the "THICC" bodytype you see everywhere right now including in porn-fanart. But also in celebrities. Big thoughs, Big hips, Big ass, Big tits, Small waist. These are all exaggerated way beyond normal proportions to make the stimuli in your head go into "supernormal" mode which means your attraction becomes so strong it actually short circuits your brain and makes you prioritize that stimulus (This is proven in experiments).
Other examples include using a dot laser on your cat. The "eye" feathers on Peacocks. And male ducks that are brightly colored.
In human females having a tall man that is more than 1 head taller than the female results in a supernatural stimuli. In history it didn't occur that a male had that much of a height difference causing her brain to short circuit and prioritize that stimuli.
Advertisers make a lot of use of supernatural stimuli and put it in almost every commercial. The entire reason THICC and instagram girls became a thing is because of this effect being abused for more attention since it's literally harder for a man to ignore this due to how our brains work.
What we know is that in animals supernatural stimuli always result in the males looking different from the females over time. Male Peacocks have massive colorful feathers while the females look bland and small. Male Ducks are very colorful while the females are brown and bland.
Human males will over time become taller, more muscular and more colorful (hair and eye color diversity) while females will slowly become more dull (Shorter, less eye and hair color diversity) Basically like asian women are now.
