Sativa is more stimulating than indica, I use it sometimes for making art and coming up with new ideas for my artwork.

LSD or MDMA give me very good ideas when I specifically think of my project. Notebook during the comeup, write down everything, make a conscious effort to think about it though and not be distracted. Havnt tried shrooms.
weed doesnt work for me since i smoke everyday

Sativa all the way. Indica is where the dumb lazy stoner meme came from. Sativa is where the paranoid schitzophrenic stoner meme came from.

You can't get anything done on indica. On sativa it's nice to have something interesting to focus on without distractions.

I find on it I often notice details I would otherwise miss. Be warned if you over dose your mind will wander. Less is better. Avoid dependence.

I seem to recall something about exposure to cannabis temporarily stimulating neurogenesis, but only in old age. If you can find the study and it's not shit (it's probably shit), then there may be reason to dose occasionally if you're over 40.

Sativa is good for brainstorming and identifying odd patterns. It has helped me understand esoteric concepts in Physics once I studied the theory and got stuck at some point. Feels like activating the right hemisphere in symbiosis with the nerdy-left hemisphere

But be careful. Weed kills will-power and fucks up dream phases. I wouldn't recommend everyday use
