A fun observation is to pay attention to the emotional reactions people have to existential dread. I think it's safe to say things function fine independent of our existence. Our universe has obviously developed and functioned without us for quite some time.
Regardless of infinity existing, we surely do not. There seems to be a going trend in humanity of depression. I think this is simply on behalf of not fulfilling whatever personal potential you have. We get depressed on behalf of not being all that we can be. But we struggle to be all we can be on behalf of depression. Menacing cycle with existential dread being the main culprit.
It's still a fight out there niggas, we're just tools of the universe. Fun thing is the best we can do is function properly. If you figure out how to get strong and give back, you can comfortably think about the end being the most depressing it can be. But it's k. Life for most has been a hell experience throughout the history of humanity especially. The fact that there's no break from the pain is interesting. Pain is mandatory for life to progress. Better to get comfortable with it. Otherwise, you just get chewed up and spit out.
