Why is this a breakthrough? I proved you can push mass faster than the speed of photonic energy. This would only require about 540 amps of electricity per millivolt. Yes that's a lot of energy, about 40x more than the sun, but it's doable. Photons are bound by moving through the planck field, but mass isn't.
Planck is to light what gravity is to mass. The reason light cannot escape a black hole has nothing to do with gravity, it's the breakdown of planck, meaning black holes are about as dangerous as a puppy to anything with mass moving faster than light.
