In all seriousness, you probably shouldn't unless you feel like explaining the jargon (which you can do in moderation). For my English argumentative essay, I summarized the findings of the papers and put them into my own words (with appropriate citations of course) and used actual quotes very sparingly.

Depends on the teacher, I crammed a bunch of economics jargon into a philosophy argumentative paper and my professor liked it, but my English professor told us we need to write the paper for a general audience.

I had a similar experience, mine was mainly on medical technology and my prof loved it, said he rarely got to read anything interesting or different since most students use safe pc arguments
