He commented on fields he knows nothing about except for surface knowledge. Just because you win a nobel prize in biology doesnt make you a geneticist. Not to mention there is no such thing as a research study to look at intelligence difference between races that doesnt have some sort of inherent bias due to sociopolitical/economical conditions.
