I need one more class to finish my undergraduate pure math degree. I’m better at analysis related topics than abstract algebra related topics. I’m tempted to take the undergraduate graph theory course. Would this be a good or bad idea? What should I expect?

Go ahead, but if you want to do a graduate degree it would be preferable to do a class in your field, but it's just undergrad, have fun with it. Graph theory is fun (at least the basics that I did were)

well what are your other options? graph theory is kind of useless but could be interesting. if you can take something more abstract that might be better though. let us know what else you can do, there might be an essential thing you're missing.
