How much intelligence is needed to become a medical doctor specializing in neurosurgery? In b4 IQ means nothing. But can an academic failure make it in medical school?

not a lot. doctors dont do things that require intelligence. You gotta have still hands and be good at anatomy/the actual surgical work, but it's not like it takes intelligence to know what to do during a surgery. It's a flowchart

Doctors are just plumbers of the human body. You just go to uni to memorize a ton of shit and get practice cutting open bodies. Just look up some common memory tricks and with some discipline you should get through.

Being a doctor requires high crystallized knowledge and mid-to-high fluid intelligence, so I'd say 120 is a reasonable number.
