Riddle me this, why do we not yet have a topic scalp product which neutralizes the buildup of hydrogen peroxide which causes greying? As far as I'm aware right now all we do is use dyes.

Because there are natural enzymes that take care of it. The ones in the mitochondria need manganese, the other two need copper, so if you get low in those, your hair will turn gray.
