Black skin color in africa is a result of natural selection, the ones who didnt surbive heat died, it seems black skin color prevailed because it lead to highest survival rates from hot sun. Same thing didnt happen in Europe, more like opposite, people who could survive harsh winters prevailed, surviving a winter usually requires not just animal fur (which in itself is a skill and required intelect) but also high(er) iq to prepare for it.
