So my aunt texted me because she wants to try photodynamic therapy for antiaging and rosacea. She was a bit in a panic mode because she can have this device (cost 5000£ !) for 1000£ until tomorrow (fucking crooks).

She asked me about my opinion. First of all WTF... it looks like basic led lights with ultrasound and heat. I dont see the specs which is fishy. Anyway did some research and found this paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30118905
Apparently red led light can work on rosacea. So I started to check the same specs 100mW/cm2, 80-90J/cm2, LED red light (635±15nm).
Here is one bulb https://redlightman.com/product/red-mini-620/
but i still feel 80£ for a led bulb is bullshit.
So what do you think of this? https://www.ebay.com/p/ABI-Red-620-630nm-LED-Grow-Light-Bulb-for-Flowering-Budding-Hydroponic-100-240V/1558737824?iid=252178426338
Can you calculate the mw/cm2?
thanks
