Meditation, reading, cutting phone/computer use; that kind of stuff. Check some videos on youtube about digital hygiene.

Dunno if it's your case, but I've noticed I developed a bad habit that contributes to this: I skip over text.

By skipping over text and only reading bits here and there, I accidentally trained it into a bad way of reading and as an automatic response to boredom. So I start skipping and soon enough can't follow the ideas anymore because there is skipped information missing.

I am forcing myself to read everything to correct the issue, but don't know the success I'll have with this strategy. See if it's one of your issues.

Get off social media (especially this hellhole), youtube/streaming sites, and read. If you dont have the concentration to read at first just keep away from the screens until you feel bored enough that you can start to enjoy reading again.
