You wouldnt die immediately but only develop creuzfeld-jacob at firat, which would then eventually cripple and ultimately kill you, but on timescales where you would be put on trial much earlier, where your victim might not even have symptoms yet, and it could never be proven that he actually died of CJ and not something different like a flu after his immune system collapsed, so how could it ever be proven as murder?
