oddly thing is that among my siblings our skin colors vary greatly, I am glorious white guy, one is sand colored and the other is the color of chocolate. all from the same parents.
but with my plan you'd be breeding for more than just color, you'd be making them more civilized, intelligent, and less violent.
they are good breeding stock. We give each man one white women and one black one. the black one is left to do house work.
a 99.9% white population is surely better than a 70%?
