Why when people meditate for 16 hours to they perceive traveling to other dimensions and talking to strange creatures who live there?
>Either they really are going there or it is a flaw in our brain
Why is doing that level of meditation proven to be very positive to physical and mental health?
>Probably because computerized lifestyles are overstimulating for humans who evolved from creatures that lived in peaceful quiet forests so understimulation is psychologically healing.
If there is no mental deficit, damage, or disability that comes with trying it, then what is unscientific about pursuing deep meditation and writing down the data (memories) of such fantasies on paper to figure out what is happening in the brain when we do this?
>There is no harm in it. It is an interesting avenue of study in psychology with few ethical issues and no special equipment required.
