It has a specific retort for its speed and there is no way to clarify the need for such a thing. Like in Chappie where the dudes thing is too big, he's church and he is a Commie, not for making it that's just how they think, it was in a movie it should work, etc. The machine would break at any regular speed, legal speeds, and that would make it hard and or terrible, the real word, to use it against anything that didn't have intended uses of itself to create a Weapon of Mass Drstruction in it. So we'd be shooting it at Warheads to make sure they were detonted, ILLEGAL, and or making it move away from the planet somehow, STUPID, and then also we could be trying to make it just like "not exist anymore", that sounds hella cool and the bullet is too big then but then we could probably use that to make it more like being in space and less like being on the ground and then we have nothing to offer the legal aide in that department to offer it that we might be able to actually destroy a nuke this way, but then we don't detonate without the whole "condition" of the effect and then we have nothing to offer it, we do not exhaust in chemical use of weapons and that is not legal anyway, to move the planet and stuff.
