Is it true that if you're a brainlet at 25 you will never become smart due to neuroplasticity?

I'm getting close, I'm 23 and losing hope. I'm beginning to realize maybe I'd be happier just doing manual labour, perhaps driving a forklift in a warehouse and receiving $20/hr or whatever they pay them.
