I'm in my early 20s and have lost my hair fast over the last 3 months. I've never been able to see my scalp before, and after a hot day today could see it through sweaty hair.

I'm seriously considering platelet rich plasma therapy to possibly restore it, as I've heard it works on people with very recent problems.
