I'm more concerned about the fact that everything written there, even the more "advanced" stuff, is obscenely trivial stuff you learn in an intro course to that subject. Why would you write the Einstein eq and box it, as if this is something remarkable and interesting? It should be old hat to everyone in that room. Why are they writing down essentially the definition of action for some Lagrangian and making no remark about it? They should be having research-level ideas and discussions, not regurgitating equations from an introductory textbook.
And finally, that board is way too pristine. Everything is organized neatly, there's no sign of hasty erase smudges, crossed out mistakes, or unfinished lines that were forgotten.
That board is so fucking fake, it's painful to look at.
