Static electricity generation- running out of electrons

This has me stumped. So imagine you have a balloon. You rub it on your hair- the balloon gains an electric charge. You then discharge the balloon somewhere else and rub it on your hair again. Eventually, would your hair run out of electrons and you would be unable to make any more static (since the balloon is gaining electrons from your hair every time, and those electrons are getting discharged elsewhere)?
