>>10832387Take the great pyramid of Giza. Rebuild it as a modern day glass, steel and concrete structure. Bottom 3 levels are industry, manufacturing, sewage/water treatment, and recycling. Next 2 levels is power generation, more advanced industry, and science facilities related to industry/power. Next 4 levels up is agriculture and aquaculture dedicated to supplying levels above and below it with food products. Next levels is housing. Upper two levels is for 2-level housing options, lower two levels is for single level housing options. Each person or family can get up anywhere from 75-140m^2 of living space at varying degrees of price from leased to purchase packages. 2-level packages would be equivalent to buying 205-300m^2 living spaces with cost associated in equivalence of that living space.
The following 4 levels above that would be commercial spaces for shopping, activities, parks, artificial lakes and forests, etc.
Final 3 levels would be all governing agency. All the management infrastructure, the control centers, support, etc would be up there; and the crown would house all the communication equipment.
IN OTHER WORDS, A GOD DAMN ARCOLOGY. The best optimal way to house people is a pyramid with a square base. We can thank the Egyptians for showing a scale representation; we just have to build it bigger and more modern.
All this is managed by a central governing agency within the structure.
