This guy have a tech that can't be de-crypted and he wants to market it. He says the market doesn't wants its tech because it would drive the security business out.

How would you go about it? Have an online challenge with cash prize? I was thiking you pay 10$ to enter get the file and your 10$ gets into a pot that accumulate? Does that make sense? Too cheap and are there crypto testing or contest out there where you can prove how strong your crypto technology is?
