Look up persistence hunting. There are still tribes in Africa that continue to hunt this way now. There were a couple of tribes in Mexico that hunted this way up until relatively recently as well. I would imagine that those Mexicans would excel in much the same way that these Africans do, but there are very very few of them, if any, at this point.

The nations that are good at sprinting are the ones that take it more seriously on a community level. All the kids want to be runners, the most popular kids are the most athletic.
And thus, the runner who has the best genes is more popular with women and is better able to pass on their good running genes.

That's why east Africans who hunted by chasing down animals for long periods are the best long distance runners.

Longer legs make better sprinters. I’ve watched sports from all over the world but I realize that Africans put much more effort. They need the sponsors. Some countries treat it as a game or a joke. As if they need to preserve their best for war. I know several people into sports and sports medicine whom are in love with high buttocks. Basically grab the persons buttocks muscle that muscle has to extend into the lower back. Almost at the same level as the belly button. Supposedly that gene is connected to other genes that influence a lot in physique.

Now pass that gene to long legged women. And you’ll get athletic models. Just like calf muscle it’s also one of the harder muscles to develop and not many have them that high. Lower body strength and long legs means longer strides.

nah, thats just because you don't follow running/track and field or you would know about the german teenager breaking all records in her age category (names tuohny or something similar). Also you would know about the japanese getting good results at marathons.

You could say balck dominate running during the 90's because the genetic advantage but now that everyone has the same top level training then the genetic factor gets diluted. Same that happened with soccer. In the past you had brazil and nothing else then today even ghana and taipei have competitive soccer teams because they have access to top level training methods and top level PEDs.

if you look at chimps for example they have huge muscles but all of it is fast twitch and they have no fine motor control, so they can't use tools but they have 'explosive' strength (to swing in the trees).

You people always conflate fast twitch fibers and explosiveness. Explosiveness is about efficiency of fiber recruitment. Strongman competitions are also almost entirely about fast twitch fibers and phosphagen/glycogen metabolism. However it's almost never about explosiveness.

People with the gene for dark skin are more likely to have good genes for sprinting, it doesn't mean they are superior just that they are better on average at certain things.

The same is true for other things for people with the gene for white skin. Swimming for example, it's just more controversial to say because white people are in a position of power.
