Is GPA the only thing grad schools care about?

I'm a Senior expected to graduate with a BS in Biology in 2020 and I want to go in for a medical research program (I haven't decided which one);

A lot of the programs I'm interested in have requirements from 3.0 - 3.5 GPA (I'm applying to study in the UK).
I have a 2.95 GPA currently but I have loads of research experience and 4 publications: 3 research-based and 1 editorial for an academic journal.
My GPA is low only in the math classes but my core major classes are Bs minimum.

Any current scientists out there been in a similar situation that had no trouble getting into grad school or am I just fucked because that number is the only thing they care about.
