So basically, I was doing some research because I started getting doubts about what I believed regarding the nootropics I was taking to raise my nerve growth factor.
I found out I got a bit more wrong than I would've admitted. First off, the nerve growth factor is not the main aspect which determines the proliferation of neurons, rather, it is but an important side-aspect that albeit plays an important role in neuron proliferation and distribution, nonetheless remains just a side-aspect. This is due to the fact that the brain derived neurotrophic factor, long for BDNF, is what determines the nerve growth factor's existence as BDNF is what creates/secretes the NGF protein.
Secondly, I found out that the NGF protein is not an actual factor or a measurement system for neuron generation speeds like I had previously assumed due to my lack of proper research, but rather it is a neurotrophin, and a protein that simply commands neurons to form, glial cells are directly responsible for creating the neurons somehow by the way. I also found out that BDNF, is a protein as well as a neurotrophin itself.
The question, or questionSUH, arise here.

Or why is it that Quertecin boosts the BDNF neurotrophin count but not the NGF neurotrophin count?
Second question is: which is more directly responsible for neurogenesis, BDNF Neurotrophins, or NGF Neurotrophins, and why can't they both be equally as responsible?
