Europe only has low UV intensity because of high cloud cover. If it heats up there's a very real chance that cloud formation patterns change, resulting in more sunlight exposure.

That would introduce a problem of temperatures getting colder as well. Clouds reflect solar radiation as well as retain it like a blanket, so fewer clouds would mean warmer days as well as colder nights.
