You and the Earth both move away from each other and are then attracted to each other. The beginning of the jump pushed the Earth away, changing its orbit, but the return negates it. Again it is imperceptible. However, with enough people jumping or enough flywheels spinning you could change either metric enough so that it can be measured. Elasticity of the Earth's crust will also cause the effects to "wobble" out from the epicenter in a manner that may make measuring the effects impossible.
