Look at it this way. Different tactics work in different situations. You should not be so upset that someone else is willing to shift tactics depending on what they think will work best in a given situation.
Your tactic will not work, because you do not have the benefit of mass media repeating the same lie over and over to billions of people. I have found honest discourse often fails, due to the fact most people don't operate on logic and critical thinking, rather relying on 'consensus'. We each have to adapt and find what works for us.
The fact that you want me killed despite the fact I'm an ally against forced injections should give you a clue at how ineffectual you will be. If you push away people who agree with you, and want the same goal, how will you ever achieve anything?
