The Latin learning community online has had a little revolution itself after rediscovering LLPSI, a book based on comprehensible input. The book has existed for like 50 years now, but colleges still teach grammar translation, that leaves you at a completely crippled level of actual language comprehension.
The argument for self learners has always been that it's more efficient to learn by yourself, so the guy in OP pic is a faggot. College was only ever good for the resources and social aspect, with the internet now only the social aspect is left for it.
