Yep I acknowledged subtle differences in form and aesthetic between males and females. This is why heterosexuality can exist otherwise it would be difficult to be attracted to the opposite sex if they looked the same and there weren't subtle signals and cues. But those are extremes. Most males and females fall in the middle.

Most transgenders are female to male now. See pic.

Makes sense because the woman gender is more made up and restrictive. Women are more like men than men are like women. Makeup and dresses and high heels didn't exist in prehistory but playing outside in the mud with insects was a thing both boys and girls would have done together. This is why women have been fighting so hard for feminism because they want to be able to do the cool stuff guys do because many of them have similar interests and feel restricted by these gender roles. If they had different interests then we wouldn't see them winning racing championships, strength training, getting their hands dirty working on car engines, horseback riding, and playing video games. Things traditionally seen as male interests.

It's a set of behaviors and social norms. There's no objective way to tell as it's dependent on culture, I guess the best you could get is run a study among people that share the same culture as you and ask them if a person is a woman or not.

If sex and gender are totally distinct there should be no problem with using the words that traditionally refer to a person of a particular biological sex. Protesting that these words refer to gender simply shows gender and biological sex are not actually distinct.

I'm not denying there are some biological differences but in your example it's a very subtle thing. The differences between men and women are overinflated. People tend to focus on the differences. This is called salience bias. For example men and women share like 99% of the same genes so if just 1% of studies showed differences those would be the ones that would receive focus over the studies showing unremarkable findings of no difference. Then people extrapolate that in their minds and are believing we're like 50% different or something. And researchers might want these controversial findings and may fudge some data to get more grants and citations. If they keep coming up with unremarkable yet correct findings the grant granters may ask themselves why should we keep funding these studies that don't turn up anything interesting. Some fields are plagued with this.

also your assumption that people would assume that there are more differences than there are in reality is prefaced on the faulty idea that the results of new studies would be projected off the results of old ones isn't how anyone actually conducts a scientific study.
So what does salience bias have to do with male and female skin thickness? Absolutely nothing.

What??? What kind of work would "slice women's hands up?" I'm pretty sure male hands aren't immune from blades either. I mean XX chromosomes lead to the development of ovaries and since there is no testes to produce test (MIH hormone and DHT not produced either), theres the internal genitlia that comes about from being a female (absence of test leads to "default " female genitalia) and also external genitlaia. Of course there can be problems like peripheral conversion of androgenic compounds. But there needs to be high levels of test in an XX individual during fetal development for there to be any male external genitalia. This is where there is intersex as a categorisation come into play. Intersex doesnt alway pertain to the chromosomes, like i mentioned before it can do with various reasons like androgen receptors not functioning the way they ought to and test can be converted to estro and vice versa. Its really not very clear cut and theres varying degrees to each intersex individuals symptoms.
I think for the majority of individuals a functioning set of XX chromosomes, proper ovary development, fuctioning levels of estrogen and estrogen receptors is a good place to start.
