He is right, 8T RTLS is unironically a sweet spot and the only thing that mogs this metric is maybe a SHLV like starship that would cost even less than a F9. The only problem with New Tron is that it's not real yet in a time when the 2 largest constellations that aren't starlink are looking for new launch providers

Amazon is EXTREMELY dumb about space and has fully drank the MARS MAN BAD koolaid. AWS Ground Station was the one good spess idea they ever had but the implementation is ass because if you need data from the other side of the planet to be brought back to your country for processing you eat those inter region transfer fees... so it's probably cheaper to just build your own ground station or beg time on the DSN.
