the second video is longer and tells the story of the rabbi, he got into the financial industry without zero college, eventually making his own brokerage company (also insurance company, and other financial services), all this, again, with no university, let alone an ivy league. He just worked as hard as he could and learned everything he could possibly can about the business while working there (i mean really hard, see this lecture for details, like only sleeping 4 hours a day

Even so, the most important part isn't anything i have said here, but that the money (more specifically parnasa, which isn't just money but also fun and good times) you earn in any given year was already predetermined by God based on how righteous you were the last year, your daily actions determine how you will receive that money (car accident vs new employer).
So if you want success, learn mussar and middot, and whatever laws are applicable to you (noahide vs jewish law)
