Yes, times were different more than a decade ago, but they have no excuse for going only with that orange piece of shit. Now that we have FH maybe they could use it to launch Orion to LEO and then refuel it? Oops, we can't because some faggot from Alabama hates depots. FH could save Artemis program, but NASA is not even going to utilize it apart from unmanned resupply missions. So now the only hope to unfuck this program is Starship, and we don't even know they it will get human-rated.
Sometimes I don't have enough words to say how much I hate SLS. Literally, a decade of manned space exploration will be wasted because of grift and corruption in the government.
