>>14288106'being right' at something nobody disagrees with in the first place while dismissing a well-documented and amazingly successful field of medicine isn't an intellectual achievement you know
it's more akin to neurosis, or intellectual deriliction in your case
you had plenty of evidence shown throughout the thread that your initial claim is incomplete and a poor reflection of both historic trends, and current successful disease prevention policies
you went from 'played a minor role' to 'well, only for this one disease' to 'well sure there were many diseases they were successful in controlling or even completely eradicating', while conveniently side-stepping the fact that
-they have been and always will be much needed in places where there isn't first-world sanitation
-they are continuously pushing boundaries for diseases that can be prevented and even eradicated in the future, and are basically the greatest tool we have for controlling pandemics, as shown with COVID recently
-also ignore, in a mind-numbing fashion, that vaccines prevent hospitalization, disease sequelae as well as an overload of the healthcare system, which is pretty telling for somebody that's rambling against big pharma and finances..
your argument and viewpoint is bankrupt on so many levels and you're unable to come to terms with that simple fact, despire plenty of evidence being shoved in your face throughout the thread
your antivax obsession impresses nobody, it's just angry noises from somebody that has never done science on any kind of serious level, and the world will move on without your kind without too much of an issue
