Try look up oxidizer to fuel ratios for starship, then look at the "ideal" stoichiometric ratio. Rocket engines are built for thrust, which is not the same as efficiency.
If you want to design hypothetical tanks, look up OFR, find specific volumes for cryogenic fluid, add a small buffer, then find a combination of diameter and height of your preference.
