For earth observation 200 km is actually fairly close comparatively and the telescope needs to be focused differently. This means that the mirrors need to be cut differently so it's not completely interchangeable but it's a handful of parts out of the whole assembly
Also different wavelengths are interesting and different light collection strategies are required but still the differences are almost entirely in the optics and detectors and pointing
