I'm talking about simulating like the entire trip from start to finish to see what the long term physiological effects are like. One period of 0G to simulate the trip there, one period of 0.4G to simulate the time spent on the surface, and one period of zero G to simulate the trip back.
Bonus for having all communications on a realistic light speed delay to simulate that pain in the ass.
