>>14243783Depression is not real. Go watch videos of interviews with hunter gatherers, where they get asked "deep" and "philosophical" questions. Their answers are simple and practical, not some Freudian horseshit that jerks themselves off.
How can people living in such harsh and unforgiving environments not experience this "depression" while fat first worlders that have every luxury at the tip of their fingers end up feeling blue?
Advice for people that have fallen for the depression meme, you are simply experiencing the side effects of a thorough brainwash that you've been exposed to since birth in everything you interacted with. And this is not even counting the subconscious brainwashing, that has permeated so deep into your brain it's warped your world view from the inside and is restricting you from controlling your state of mind.
You are led to believe that if you do not have a pretty whore to fuck, a high paying job, a group of successful friends and all this other worldly materialistic bullshit, you are a failure. The purpose is to get you to chase these things, since they're all interconnected with each other and tie in perfectly with the dystopian capitalist society that's been slowly constructed off the backs of deluded young men that wile away their entire life chasing a dream which is not real.
Wake up. Disregard social media(the kind where people jerk off about how well they're doing). Abandon tv shows movies and games. Meditate and spend one hour everyday asking yourself why you're "sad". Your mindset needs a paradigm shift.
Depression is not real.
