if you logic were true east would have slow the person dying. The same can be said if the person going east they will die faster. There is no actual evidence to claim these facts but over 1 million are transport to somewhere else with no change to their health.
Doctors also never consider travel time, they only value the current health of the person not how long someone has to their death. Time in a doctors eye's is just a number not actual result of rules someone made up.
Also more examples if you flaw logic include everyday things like traveling to work, visiting beach, park, etc.The world would become a mess not a perfectly calm place.
This doesn't even talk about actual time paradox in your flaw logic, if one can slow or speed time then the person will be missing because you can not stay in current normal time, you either stay in one time or move to another time. Your slow/speed are the same forward in time logic but different results of doing it.
