What is less nice is the 'covert' bit. If a person is a danger to themselves or their surroundings,

The funny thing is that whites technically would be the least affected by it as they are the least racist people. Most other ethnicities have a statistically greater in-group preference than whites. In fact only white liberals have a out-group preference.

Personally I wish there were more transhumanist communists, they got a history after all with Haldane and Cosmicism. The Soviet New Man through augmentation. As baseline humans still follow animalistic instincts it will be necessary to take power away from them. As long as specialization is necessary so will hierarchy be, but we can ensure that future managers and leaders will be uncorruptable and not be motivated by malignant affections.
