What the fuck does it mean that universe has no center?

Earth has a center.
Solar system has a center.
Milky Way has a center.
Virgo galaxy cluster has a center.
Virgo Super Cluster has a center.

How fucking much further do we need to zoom out to have the center magically disappear?

It would mean the entire universe is infinite in all directions. This is possible but it's still an open question even in a layman's sense. They keep changing their minds about the shape of the universe and it depends who you ask.

The *observable* universe will always have a center, which is where you are observing it from.

Also you can't just keep looking out and see more of the universe. Light has a speed, and the further you look out the further in the past you see because it takes longer for the light to have arrived here. Eventually the photons are red shifted into microwave radiation, and you just see an isotropic ocean of hot dense shit that was the early universe. We've already looked at that with radio telescopes and to my knowledge there's no way to see further or older.

Same idea but 3 dimensions.
I personally visualize this with an infinitely large Menger Sponge animation. Pic related.
There is no logical way to define a center to it. You can arbitrarily pick a center if you want.

This is also how I visualize an infinite universe that is also expanding at every location. Just take a cube within the Menger Sponge, increase it's dimensions, and realize every other cube also proportionately increases.

Not necessarily. It can be finite and unbound, like the surface of a sphere. In which case there is still no centre.

Nope. In an expanding picture all of space and matter expands together. There is no point of origin, it's not an explosion.

There are constraints on the shape, the curvature on large scales. There are patterns in how matter and galaxies is clustered on large scales, and this gives a known scale. By measuring the apparent size of this scale at different distances you can measure the curvature. The universe is flat, or very close to it. But this shape doesn't really tell you whether or not there is a centre. In the standard interpretation flat means the universe is infinite in all directions.
