You literally cannot lie about effectiveness because it is peer reviewed AND has to stand the test of real life, where governments and hospitals can tell the percentage of people in ICU without the vaccine (pretty much always less than 10) and some simple math and people who choose to know the truth know that the vaccine is very safe and the chance of an accident is literally negligible
If your only argument is ‘that’s fake news because I say so’ it likely fails
